For the second month in a row, Mesothelioma is the top mass tort. Over $2.5 million was spent on marketing campaigns for this mass tort in July. Paraquat also saw over $2 million spent on marketing campaigns; however, no other mass tort even came close to seeing the spending these two top torts received.
Trailing behind all other torts on the leaderboard, 3M Earplugs saw the least amount of spending in July, knocking Paragard completely out of the running compared to the top 10 hot torts in June.
