The surprise of the month! There has been a large increase in inquiries here and we continue to work out the strategy on this brand new tort.

Birth Injury has consistently been in our list this year. This continues to be a tort that we see as a long play much like Mesothelioma.

#6 Hernia Mesh – $585,629

Spending for hernia mesh is the highest it’s been in months, and we are excited to see those numbers continue to grow.

Criteria: Had a Hernia Mesh implant surgery from 2000 to current and Subsequently suffered: perforation, bowel obstruction, mesh erosion, mesh contraction, torn mesh, sepsis/infection, granuloma, adhesion, dehiscence that resulted in a removal/repair, scheduled or future removal/repair.

#7 Sexual Abuse — $366,210

Sex Abuse campaigns fluctuatied between around $10,000 and $30,000 until this month. This is the largest spend we’ve seen in a long time.

Turns out CPAP wasn’t the bear on television we had initially thought. However, it is still sticking around with a sizeable chunk in the #8 spot.

Cancer: Colon Cancer, Kidney Cancer, Liver Cancer, Lung Cancer (Only if never smoked, rarely smoked, or quit smoking more than 10 years prior to diagnosis).
